Kathie's note: I met Sofia in a breakout room during a CreativeMornings FieldTrip. The topic was goal setting and planning. Make that three breakouts, according to my notes that I liked to have never found—what with flipping through umpteen pages of this spiralbound notebook to find. Anyhoodles. Sofia (Sofi!) was delightful and I knew she needed to be on this podcast. So much talent, so many stories.
